At Golf House Academy, we strive to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness for all participants. Please review our refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies before making a booking or purchase.
1. Private Lessons
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to receive a refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson start time are non-refundable.
2. Clinics & Group Classes
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the class start time to retain a class credit.
- Cancellations within 2 hours of the class start time are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Monthly Subscription Classes: If a class is not used within the subscription period, they DO NOT ROLL OVER and are considered EXPIRED.
- Class, Lesson and Range Packs:
Packs expire 3 months after activation and do not roll over.
3. Subscriptions & Packs
- Once activated and usage has begun, subscriptions and packs are non-refundable.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions or early cancellations.
4. Rescheduling
- New class dates and times are subject to availability and can be viewed online.
